Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information workflowdium.com (“we”, “this site”) collects from visitors, and what happens to it. It is written to match what this site actually runs — not a generic template.

The short version

Workflowdium currently runs no analytics service, no advertising network, and no email list. Reading this site does not require an account, and we do not build visitor profiles.

What is collected

Server logs. Like nearly every website, the server hosting this site keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. These are managed by our hosting provider — Hostinger

Caching cookies. This site uses the LiteSpeed Cache plugin to serve pages faster. It may set technical cookies that manage cached content delivery. These contain no personal information and are not used for tracking.

Comments. If commenting is open on a post and you leave a comment, WordPress collects the data shown in the comment form plus your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you have a profile picture there; Gravatar’s privacy policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your comment and its profile picture are publicly visible.

What is not collected

  • No Google Analytics or similar analytics/tracking scripts run on this site today.
  • No advertising or remarketing pixels.
  • No newsletter or marketing email collection.

If any of the above is ever added, this policy will be updated before it goes live.

Embedded content

Articles may embed content from other websites (for example, videos or product demos). Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website, which may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with the embed. This site does not control those third parties.

Your rights

If you have left comments on this site, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we erase it, by contacting us via the contact page. This does not include data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Who to contact

Privacy questions: contact@workflowdium.com or the contact page.

Last updated: July 2026. This policy will be revised when the site’s actual data practices change (for example, if analytics or affiliate links are added).
